Final World Cup Post 😥

Wow. The World Cup ended a week ago. Already missing it. Going back to watching the Premier League will take some getting used to.

From virtue signalling about the travesty of the World Cup being held in Qatar to Emi Martinez’s 123rd-minute save on Kolo Muani in the final, this World Cup has been the stuff of controversies and epics. Some have even pronounced it the best World Cup ever (What do you think?).

And… that’s it. This is my 22nd post on the 2022 Qatar World Cup, befitting this edition (need to work harder in 2026). I think the tournament has been very well-run with good football on display and plenty of narratives.
